Would it be possible to get 2FA for customers on the Runbox help desk? It seems that Kayako supports it: https://help.kayako.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006376420-Securing-Your-User-Account-with-Two-Factor-Authentication
Hello. We are aware of this. The self hosted version of Kayako that we are using doesn’t appear to have 2FA features. We will look in to this further and see what can be done. Thank you.
