Access to Email Sub-folders

I use Runbox 7 and for no apparent reason I am currently unable to access all the subfolders which I have set up over the last 18 months.
They do exist in Runbox 6, but can anyone help me sort out this problem in Runbox 7 as it is time consuming having to switch backwards and forwards…

@TheNonno In this case it is probably best to contact us at support@runbox.com as we will need to check your account as you should see all the folders by default in both Runbox 6 and 7. Thank you.
