Over the past couple weeks, I’ve had several legitimate messages identified as spam/junk. These are all messages from sources that I regularly receive email from (Amazon, Comcast, School/Sports, etc…) and I’ve had to go in and manually mark them as “not junk” each time.
I have not made any changes to the spam filter settings, so it seems like something else might have changed somewhere?
Hello @wrodina welcome to the forum.
We had a problem with a spam filter rule yesterday which sent legitimate email to spam in some cases. This was quickly fixed once we became aware.
We’ve had a few reports today that this is continuing but by a much reduced rate. If this is continuing today for you could you open a support ticket and send us the spam headers for the messages affected please as these include the information about why the message went to spam? You can find out how to do that here Message Headers | Runbox Help
Thank you, I’ve submitted a ticket for this.
