So I’ve created two bug reports and haven’t heard anything. So let me ask—what is supposed to happen?
Hello. You won’t necessarily hear anything regarding a bug report. If the bug report turns out to be a support issue (i.e. the person submitting it is mistaken and actually it’s just something we can sort out with some additional help) then we move it to our support queue and it is treated as a support issue.
Otherwise, bug reports are periodically reviewed and will be used to create new issues or update existing issues that we already know about.

Some issues are not made public for security reasons.
