When starting a new message composition, two older messages appear below it, and are malformed.
Is this happening for anyone else?

Yes. It happens to me all the time. Sometimes it is an actual draft I can delete from the drafts folder but other times I am guessing it is some kind of leftover autodraft and I can’t get rid of it. I takes up about half the editing screen when composing a new message.
