DKIM Records Not Found

I added my domains to Runbox about a week ago. I added the DKIM records in cPanel, but on the Runbox DKIM dashboard it shows “No” in the “CNAME found in DNS” columns for all my domains (attached). In cPanel > Email Deliverability, it shows that the DKIM records are valid (attached), but I’m not sure if that necessarily means that it’s working correctly. Any thoughts on how to get these to show that they’re accurate and functioning on the Runbox side? Or if there’s any other tools available?
