Both on cell phone and PC, after a few clicks, all mail fields, inbox, sent items, folders etc., just goes blank. When re-staring runbox 7 its all ok, then happens again. Have to use the runbox 6 version.

It might be worth you opening a support ticket at https://support.runbox.com so that we can ask you some specific questions about your set up and then we can see if we can work out what is going on here for you. It’s not really possible to work out what it is via the forum as it isn’t a general problem and so we would need to look in to this on an account basis. Thank you.
