How to validate

I am on a trial.
I get this when trying to send an email to my alternative email address:

“Error: Please subscribe or validate your alternative email address to send email from your account”

So how to Validate the alternative email address ? without subscribing yet.

When signing up for Runbox, an email should be sent to your alternative email address automatically. If this didn’t happen, you may contact Runbox Support with your username and we can investigate the issue.

You can also initiate a new validation email by visiting (we are working to implement this functionality in Runbox 7 as well).
