Are you using Runbox with any devices such as smart phones or tablets, or not using the Webmail?

no, only use Runbox on my laptop.
I also have this problem running Google Chrome, both in Ubuntu 17.10 and windows 10
We are working to fix these issues, stay tuned!

Can you re-index my account?
Messages filed in folders (long ago) are showing up in my Runbox 7 inbox (and not in the classic interface).
