Major Preview Problem:



I’m using Runbox Webmail on Slimjet Browser Version (based on Chromium 66.0.3359.117) (Official Build) (32-bit), running on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

Often, when I try to open a preview in side-by-side view, the window seems to open, but absolutely no email content is visible, just the controls. I don’t think that this ever happened on Runbox 6.

Could you check the web console in your browser for any errors when a message doesn’t open? Or does the message eventually open if you wait a little while?

I suspect that it may have to do with how Runbox 7 pre-loads messages that are visible in the list, and that this may slow down the opening of a manually selected message. If so we can try to make this message pre-loading process smarter.
