"Mark as read" option for filters

I have a question, it there a filter option to mark mails as read?

For instance, I would like for all mails matching a certain pattern to be marked as read.

The Runbox filter set is somewhat limited, it’s not currently possible to ‘mark as read’ in a filter.

This may change, as commented by Geir on Github:

“We are working on a new Runbox 7 Filter screen in the background, and although it will initially only support the existing Runbox 6 functionality we plan to later expand it to support filter combinations etc.”
