If a message is marked as Unread, and then you view Unread messages via the checkbox at the top, it does not include this most recent message. Seems to be an indexing issue.

Confirmed. Re-indexing fixes the issue. In fact, several messages that were not being shown are suddenly included after re-indexing.
I find this surprising since it had done an indexing upon logging in today.
