Micro account questions

From the signup page, I’m guessing the trial account is not a micro account so I don’t think I’ll get these questions answered by using a trial account.

  1. Can you add your own domain to the micro account? The price plans page seems to indicate yes, but somewhere else in the documentation seems to indicate no.

  2. If #1 is yes, does email hosting cost extra or is it included?

  3. Not about the micro account, just about email hosting at runbox in general: Does runbox email hosting provide domain level mail forwarding? That is, for example can one forward xyz@domain-name.net to user6@gmail.com without logging in to the runbox account?

@micro495 Thanks for your message. In answer to your questions:

  1. Yes, you can add a domain to the Micro plan.
  2. The Email Hosting for a single domain is included with the Micro plan. The other plans allow more domains to be used with the same account (and any sub-accounts).
  3. Yes, you can use a filter to do the forwarding. This might break the SPF record or DKIM from the original message so it might be wise to contact us about this if you have problems so we can discuss that on a more account specific basis.
