Hello. I have a micro-account with an alias that I would like to make into a sub-account. If I pay for a new sub-account will I be able to assign the existing alias to the sub-account? Or do I first need to delete the alias before using it for a new sub-account?

Hello @Hannah. Thanks for your message. You can’t do this yourself, but if you open a support ticket at https://support.runbox.com we can arrange for an alias to be used as s sub-account username. Thank you.
