I have send Runbox a Payment about a Month ago per IBAN BIC. Nothing happened. In my account the Payment is marked as pending. Exactly like last Year. Now I’m locked out of my E-Mail account. I have send a Message to the support Ticket ID: MEO-352-28677 with attached proof of payment. I hope someone look once a Year to the Bank account and let me access my payed E-Mail account.

Sorry to hear this. If you’ve opened a ticket someone will prioritise replying to that. It’s probably wise to email us when you make a bank payment. Unfortunately we don’t always get the reference information on the transactions from other banks (we’re not sure why) and it can be difficult to match bank payments to accounts. Sorry about the inconvenience caused.
