During the setup of my account, a “phone number” alias was created for me. I never used it and i do not need it. Is it safe to delete it? How about the (same story) name.surname@rbox.co? (This one is different from the main identity name.surname@runbox.com.)
Also, the email address I use is (and do not ask me why ) created as alias and also as other identity. Do I need to keep both?
Hello. You don’t need to keep the phone number alias. We only include that as a convenience feature.
Regarding your main email address, you only need to keep the identity if you plan to have a different name or signature for that address than you main address. Otherwise it will just be available with the same name as on the Account being sent along with it.
