Does anyone else find it surprising that there was no mention here in the Runbox Community - from either Runbox or their customers - about this incident?

I peeked into the forums, but did not see anything. Don’t know what their communication strategy is, however seem to be the status pages and Bluesky account.

This Runbox forum had the most downtime, which might explain the lack of posts from other customers.

Instead of just posting a blog post, it might be good to send an email that links to it. I only saw the post because I’m subscribed to the blog, which I guess most people aren’t. It’s good that Runbox is so transparent about this incident, and it would be good if most customers knew about it.
