Under some circumstances you will receive email notifications when someone replies to a topic you have contributed to. You can now reply to the email notification and your reply will appear in the relevant topic thread. Previously you had to visit this website to reply.

When replying please do not change the reply address; it is meant to contain the long string of characters following the + symbol as this is how the software on the community website knows which topic to place the reply in.

You must reply from the address the notification email was sent to otherwise your reply will be rejected. This is the address you registered with on the community website.
We are testing this feature and may withdraw it at any time if it causes problems, or we feel that it negatively impacts on the usefulness of the community website.
