Request: time and date format options

I would love to have some options for time and date formats in Webmail and Calendar.

I would prefer 12-hour time format in both cases, e.g. 2:00 PM, not 14:00. For dates it would great to see just the 3-letter-month and day in my inbox, e.g. Apr 20 or 20 Apr. I would still want to see the year in search results.
