Right Scroll Bar Too Narrow

Hi!

On my PC, an older but standard HP running Win7 Pro 64 bit (mouse, no touchscreen), the right scroll bar is too narrow and very difficult to get hold of.

Sorry, it’s too wide now on a small phone screen. It’s not in proportion to the rest.
