"Search index does not exist"

I am new to Runbox. I have not been able to successfully execute a search. Each time I start to type in the Search box, I immediately get the message, “Search index does not exist.” I’ve clicked the “Syncronize Index” link several time and it has no effect. I haven’t been able to locate anything in Help that addresses this issue. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
