Show Threaded Conversations button does not stay persistent on browser refresh [#627]

This is a bug to me:

  1. Click on “Show Threaded Conversations” button

  2. Click on browser refresh/reload button

  3. Note that the threaded conversations button is now de-selected.

In my opinion, the button state should be persistent even after a force refresh… especially because, at this point, it is required to hit the refresh/reload button to clear out the messed up date and “undefined” issue reported here: https://forum.runbox.com/showthread.php?tid=31 – so it’s often useful (especially currently) to hit the refresh/reload button to force things to update properly.

In fact, I’ve also noticed a number of other inconsistencies with the threaded view in general, I’ll eventually go through those in another thread at some point.
