Solved: Thunderbird cardev validation failed

Cardbook works on a Linux PC, with Thunderbird 60.3.0 (64 bit) . I get a “Validation failed” message when I try to configure it on a Win7 PC with Thunderbird 60.7.0 (32 bit).

Any suggestions about what is wrong?

SOLVED: The user instructions for Runbox7 mention using the “regular account password”. That password will log me on to email, but not cardev. I should have used the device specific password. No idea why the ‘regular password’ worked a few times and then quit, but at least there is a work around.
