Spam folder changed name

Two days ago my spam folder name changed to “New folder name” and I’ve noticed a user folder called spam. Spam emails are still going to the system spam folder. Can I safely delete the user (yellow) folder spam?

Hello @technomad. This sounds a little strange and sounds like a folder was created by an email program you are using perhaps? I suggest you open a support ticket with us so we can look at your account folders for you just to double check that things will be fine if you delete the folder. You can do this at https://support.runbox.com or email support@runbox.com. If you don’t have a support account and email us then a support account will be created automatically for you.
