Spam getting through every day

Every day, I have a certain spam email getting through that shouldn’t be. It looks roughly like:

As you can see, it’s getting flagged in the Hostkarma blacklist. I’d like this Hostkarma rule to be raised to a score of at least 3.0, or better still, provide a mechanism for me to configure custom rule values for my inbox.
