Some special caracters are not displayed correctly, example “ý” is displayed as “x”

Where do you see this problem – in email messages, or in the list? Could you provide a screenshot (after removing any identifiable information)?

forget the issue with the special caracters.
There is only one address which sends me emails with the distorted caracters.
Most probably they have some crazy settings on their machine.
