How do i un-synchronize my email (index)?

You can stop index synchronization and delete the local index from your browser by clicking “Stop index synchronization” in the lower left corner of the Webmail.

Geir, thanks for the quick response and solution, Another question, how can i change from having a preview pane appear on the right when i click on a message to having the full email appear? Thanks
@swingbknfrth You can use these buttons to switch between vertical and horizontal preview modes: https://blog.runbox.com/2018/07/runbox-7-webmail-beta-test-update/#toggle-horizontal-vertical-message-preview-pane
When using horizontal preview mode you can then click the up arrow button in the message toolbar to view the message in full height.
