Hi. Threaded view check box is greyed out. Am I doing something wrong ? I have a mixed up inbox because of this.
Threaded view is only available if you are using the local index in the browser. You can do that by using the “Synchronise Index” link under the folders column in Runbox 7. I hope that helps.
