I just created a new email account and changed the DNS records of my domain host. I logged out, and then tried to log back in and received the error, “an unknown error has occurred. Please contact Runbox support.” I went through the process of creating a new Support account, but of course I cannot receive the registration email to complete the process because I’ve already changed the DNS records and I cannot log into my Runbox email account. Any Ideas?
Presumably if you have access to another e-mail account, send an e-mail to email@example.com, or you can also contact them via Twitter.
