We are celebrating 25 years with up to 25% discounts

I received an email from Runbox today, with the above title, and I assumed that because the email had been sent directly to myself, that the discounts were available for myself - as an existing Runbox subscriber.

However, upon looking at the 3-year price plan for a ‘Mini’ subscription, the price does not appear to be any different from the price that’s been advertised on their website for some time now?

I’ve obviously misunderstood the intention of today’s email, but I’m guessing that I may not be the only one.

Hello @FredOnline. The opening line of the message says:

“We are writing to you regarding our new discounted 3-year sub-account plans because you subscribe to Runbox.”

The 3 year sub-account plans are new and do offer a discount up to 25% and are available to new and existing customers.

The 3 year main account plans are also mentioned:

“You can already save on your main Runbox account by choosing a 3-year plan.”

These have indeed been around for a little while now and are not the focus of the email.

We haven’t had anyone else ask this question, but perhaps to make things clearer we can modify the subject line of the messages we are still to send out to mention sub-accounts. Thank you.
